Below are our current policies.

Shipping and Handling

Since all pieces are custom made we attempt to ship your item within 5 business days of receipt of your order and payment; however, if the item is already in stock we usually ship the same day if the order is received before 12:00 pm EST.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  Add a comment to the Special Instructions area of your order regarding your shipping requirements and we will e-mail you about any additional cost.

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase, the services we provide, or the work we do for you we want to hear about it.  Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
 
Payments/Charges

Manufacturing on all orders is started upon receipt of deposit or full payment.  Billing for home repair services is based on an hourly labor rate plus the cost of materials used.  We accept major credit cards and bank transfers through PayPal, personal checks, bank checks and money orders.
 
Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are gladly accepted from all retail businesses. Call or write us today for our current wholesale prices and payment terms. Minimum order quantities will apply.
